About the Role:
You will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of finance services across the organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for administering key systems such as the Cost Recovery Management (CRM) system, Travel Allowance system, Sage 300, and purchase order processes. Your day-to-day duties will include processing payments, reconciling travel allowances, maintaining financial authorisations and delegations, and assisting with costing templates and financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
What you will Bring:
You will bring proven experience in financial administration and a strong working knowledge of financial systems and processes. Your ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, along with sound problem-solving and communication skills, will ensure you can respond to internal and external enquiries with confidence.
